I am really going to have to adjust to this lower sugar, very lethargic.
Anyway, ate meal at 4 after 48 B/S; by 4:30 it was 74, now 98.
Dinner wil involve veggies...duh.... Maybe a carb meal? I have some gluten free quick meal options- General Tso and Indonesian Peanut as well as some gluten free spaghetti...
I will probably consume a second shake (protein).
Anyway, once I figure it out, I will be back to comment on the results.
