I just ate 1/2 onion, 1 oz baby carrots, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 can pitted black olives, 1/2 can dark red kidney beans and 1/2 can crushed tomatoes. Seasoned with garlic, horseradish and oregano.
Not good (tasting). I tried to saute the onions, adding the celery and carrots (both diced) next, followed by beans and covered with tomatoes. Seasoned on top.
Saved 1/2 half for tomorrow.
Gonna have to get (Grammar?) some recipes. this was based on what was in closet.
