Yesterday, I took 200 units of Apidra after my 326 B/S reading at 7:30 pm. I did eat just after midnight, as chronicled in the entry 'Veggie Delight.' No soda, no meat, no carbs based food.
I went to bed around 3 and slept until 11:30. That's pretty good. No one around in house, they are out. I think I am going to just try to lie down and go back to sleep.
