New Diet(s) moved to Jan 3...

Tonight I had an unbelievable feast prepared by my mother...

Shrimp Cocktail
Clam Chowder

Whole Lobster
Crab Cakes
Broiled Scallops
Stuffed Clams

Drank Pepsi (sugar formula) instead of having dessert...

I informed my mother of the Vegan 21 day kick start and the gluten limiting...

She asked me if I could push it to Tues, Jan 3... She has planned out two meals, Lasagna for tomorrow and Corned Beef and Cabbage for Jan 2... I (gladly) told her I could push it one day.

Today, in addition to finishing the second half of that veggie/bean mix, I had a 22oz Braums Vanilla Malt and 8oz of pistachios...

I had a B/S reading of 124 at 2pm (veggie meal), 191 at 5:30(Braums shake).

I eceived an email from Lorie Stephens today, with a quote from WED about not spending too much time looking back, instead looking forward. I responded that I look back almost daily when preparing my (up to) 21 pill cocktail. But that I am glad (for her) that I did not marry her.

But I do wish I had... Just so I would belong to someone and someone would belong to me. IT is tough to live a life without that, particularly if you have not substituted something else (like meaningful work) for that...

But enough about the past. I purchased an 8 Pk of Rotel, a 6 Pk of Black beans and a 12 Pk of Tomato soup from Sams...

Jan 3 (Tues) Meal Plan: 2 EAS Shake, Beans/Rotel Mixture, Quinoa Pasta with Dried Tomato, Salad (no dressing), Tomato Soup. Will figure out calories later.
