I suffer from many diseases (see listing 1/2 Diseases).
This blog is designed to follow my journey into Vegan (Dr. Barnard and 21 day kickstart, for Diabetes) and Gluten-free (my cousin, Dr Cush, for IMID). I expect to be Vegan for sure, at least to start. The gluten, will be more by effort, but maybe not exclusively.
